Bill Harper, Chief Creative Officer Bill oversees strategic and creative development on many key MossWarner projects. His expertise includes strategic planning, brand development, visual story telling, high impact conceptual creation and execution, directing an extended team of writers and designers as well as leading the media and production aspects of our clients’ business.
Bill’s work on both strategic planning and brand development are especially notable. Working with clients and the MossWarner team, he develops marketing solutions that are targeted, meaningful, effective and sustainable for a variety of target audiences and against multiple success metrics.
Bill has been with MossWarner for more than a year. His prior experience was as Chief Creative Officer and Owner of Rooftop 360, LLC, a Business to Consumer agency with a wide range of clients in the CPG and service industries. His experience in helping companies develop and maximize their brand potential has given a new dimension to MossWarner’s capabilities.

He has a B.F.A. from Northern Illinois University in Visual Communications and has previously founded two successful advertising agencies.
