Marketing Comms: Senior Project Manager
Position Location: This full-time position is based in our Trumbull, CT office.
If you are a highly motivated Project Manager, experienced in organizing and leading creative projects for major clients, and interested in joining a passionate and growing team in a key position, this may be the job for you. Our Trumbull, Connecticut office has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience managing marketing communication projects on-time, on-budget and on-target while consistently delighting our clients.
Above all, this role requires an individual who is a fast learner, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, empathetic, and with a high level of discretionary tact. Someone who desires to set the bar for quality and professionalism will thrive. Experience in B to B marketing and internal communications is strongly desired.
Responsibilities & Activities include:
- Collaborating with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client’s needs within the project constraints
- Managing day-to-day client relationships
- Growing new business within client accounts
- Developing project plans, creative briefs and proposals
- Scheduling and managing production resources; in-house, contractors, and vendors
- Managing all day-to-day aspects of project SOW’s, planning, execution, invoicing, reporting and delivery for all types of marketing communications, including, but not limited to; events, video, print, PowerPoint presentation, web and interactive production
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-target

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager within an agency environment
- Experience directly interfacing with clients
- Experience coordinating & managing creative teams
- Work experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Prezi
- Ability to travel, especially day trips, to New Jersey on a frequent basis

Copy Writer: Executive Communications
Position Location: This full-time position is based in our Trumbull, CT office.
Are you a corporate storyteller who has a passion for clear, concise, written communications? Do you have a strong business acumen and experience with all forms of senior level executive communications? Do you understand how content and visual design can work together to create persuasive presentations that offer fresh perspectives and compel an audience to action? If your answers are “Yes!” this may be the position for you.
You will work directly with our c-level client executives to understand their communications objectives and develop innovative and compelling ways to convey their message to audiences in the U.S. and Globally. You will spearhead the creation of the complete story, including developing scripts, writing executive presentations, and storyboards, and providing creative direction to a team of designers to produce engaging presentations. You will collaborate with client and agency team members, under tight deadlines and a fluid working environment, to deliver complex messages in simple, and engaging (perhaps inspiring) ways.
Typical project activities include:
- Interviewing clients
- Developing story concepts and creative treatments
- Copywriting: scripts, speaker notes, power point presentations
- Art directing visual metaphors
- Providing creative direction to our design teams
- Hands-on presentation editing and production when necessary
- Managing the flow of our presentation work
- Working with and coaching clients on-site before live presentations
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business
- Has at least 10 years previous experience in similar role
- A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience writing and delivering business presentations
- Ability to think visually and recommend graphics to complement content
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have advanced experience in MS PowerPoint
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, Keynote, & Prezi
- Ability to travel; especially frequent car trips in the Tri-State area
