Beyond Group Calls

The big picture.
In an age when most business communication is experienced on-screen, it takes more than Teams or Zoom to make a virtual meeting feel special. There are three keys to making that happen:

  • Designing an attendee experience that engages and energizes audiences, and that encourages participation
  • Enhancing the technology mix to enhance the attendee experience
  • Creating great content and producing media that is optimized for online viewing

Broadcasting content.
Content can be generated three ways, in any combination:

  • Pre-recorded
  • Recording presenters remotely and assembling their clips into a video for “live” broadcast

    • Enhancing the technology mix to enhance the attendee experience

    • Creating great content & producing media optimized for online viewing

  • Live presenter
  • Bringing them into the broadcast studio via webcam

    • Seamlessly segue between multiple presenters and their content

    • Composite live presenters with overlays or branded on-screen frames

  • Virtual stage productions
  • Pre-recorded or live presenters shot on green screen and then composited into a virtual set

    • Ability to “place” presenters virtual anywhere and everywhere

    • Sets and environments can be custom developed or stock

Content can be generated three ways, in any combination:

  • Broadcast
  • The audience is remote, but most presenters are in one location with a studio-like production.

  • Virtual
  • The presenters and attendees are all remote.

  • Hybrid
  • Some attendees are remote and some are onsite at a conference center along with the presenters.

Promoting participation.
Interactivity is the key to audiences “owning” the meeting and its messages. Polling, quizzes, feedback and the chance to ask questions all represent opportunities for engagement.

For many meetings, we create custom responsive websites that invite and facilitate attendee participation before, during and even after the meeting.
