Senior Marketing Communications Executive

MossWarner is a B2B marketing communications agency serving clients nationally in a variety of industries including consumer goods, technology and professional services. Our service areas include branding & marcom, internal communications, meetings & events and thought leadership programs. A key strength of the agency is in developing creative and content around complex topics and issues.

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Southern California office. This individual will have hands-on involvement in and accountability for developing new business and leading the creative development on client project work. To be considered, candidate must have proven experience in new business development as well as creative development with a particular strength in overall concept and content development.

Reporting to the President and CEO this individual will drive business development efforts and direct the creative team on assignments.

Specific responsibilities are as follows:

• Grow the business by expanding our client roster and broadening our role within current accounts
• Provide creative and strategic direction to the creative team and help produce project work
• Directly contribute to development of concepts, campaigns messaging and content Skills and Experience
• Strong sales and creative direction experience
• Superior writing skills and excellent verbal presentation skills
• 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing; digital, print, meetings and events, video; preferably agency experience
• Must have held positions that involved hands-on concept, campaign and content development
• Vertical market experience in Technology, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical a plus+
